Ice Sculpture Walk

January 28
5:00 PM
- 8:00 PM

Free

The Ice Sculpture Walk presented by the Community Foundation of Johnson County returns to Penn Meadows Park on Sunday, Jan. 28. Adults and children alike will enjoy nine ice sculptures from master carvers Bill Gordish, Ron Dillavou and Rob Storm.

The sculptures will be illuminated beginning at 5 p.m. While the sculptures will remain in the park until they melt, the carvings will only be backlit on Jan. 28. Visitors are invited to watch the carvers in action between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. prior to the evening event.

Stop by the Community Foundation of Johnson County’s booth during the event to vote for your favorite sculpture!

The carvings are just one of the many displays attendees can admire at Fire & Ice from 4 to 8 p.m. Additional Fire & Ice programming includes fire performances, ice skating, horse-drawn carriage rides, games, giveaways and a firework finale. All programming is free.
